Epimedi Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy outlines our approach to handling various shipping scenarios, including carrier delays and losses, with fairness to our customers while also protecting our business.

Address Verification

Kindly ensure the accuracy of your address during the ordering process. Once an order is in transit, we cannot make corrections to the shipping address. If your order is en route with an incorrect address, please contact your chosen carrier directly to request a package reroute. Please note that Epimedi cannot facilitate package rerouting or liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds and Replacement Packages

Refunds will not be issued for packages dispatched to an incorrect address. However, if eligible, you may inquire with our customer service team about the possibility of receiving a replacement package. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance in this regard.
 

Shipping Methods and Timelines

    We offer various shipping methods, and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Please note that these times are approximate and may be subject to variations due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
     
    Shipping Promotions 

    We run promotions throughout the year for free shipping for purchases over a specified dollar amount. These promotions do not apply to international orders, or orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other US territory. 
     
    Carrier Delays

      In the event that serious carrier delays occur: 
      • We will work closely with the carrier to resolve any issues promptly.
      • We will keep customers informed of any significant delays via email or other communication methods.
      • If the delay is substantial and affects the overall value of your order, we may offer options such as expedited shipping at our expense or partial refunds. 

      Lost Shipments

      In rare cases of lost shipments: 

      • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate the missing package.
      • If the carrier confirms a loss, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or reshipment of the order at no additional cost.
      • Please report lost shipments to us within 3 days of the estimated delivery date or delivery confirmation date to initiate the investigation process. 
       
      Customer Responsibilities
        Customers are responsible for:
        • Providing accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. 
        • Monitoring tracking information provided for updates on their shipment's status.
        • Notifying us promptly of any issues, including delivery problems or missing packages.
         
        Shipping Fees
          Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a delay or loss is attributed to our error. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue and may provide refunds or credits as appropriate.
           
          International Shipments
            At this time, we do not ship products internationally.
