Epimedi FAQ’s

Updating Orders: 

Orders cannot be amended, changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Processing Times: 

Orders are processed based on in-stock status and availability. Any pending payment approvals may delay shipment. During periods of increased demand, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed during business hours, Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped same day if ordered prior to 12 noon or shipping within 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days. Please email us if rush processing is required. 

Certain products may require a longer processing time for our warehouse. Any such instance will be clearly indicated on the respective product and cart pages. 

Order Tracking: 

After your order is dispatched via your chosen shipping carrier, an email notification will be sent to you, including the tracking details for your shipment.

Please be aware that your order might be delivered in multiple shipments. For each shipment, a separate email notification with tracking information will be sent to you

International Shipping: 

We do not currently offer any international shipping options. Our customer service team may be able to assist with domestic orders that are intended to be shipped internationally but Epimedi will not be held responsible for any shipments that do not clear customs at their final international destination. 

Order Cancellations:  

Typically, once a customer has placed an order, it's challenging for us to make changes or cancellations due to the fulfillment processes and the speed at which our warehouse prepares your order. 

However, during peak demand periods, there is a chance your order could be canceled if the inventory becomes sold out. 

For security purposes, we undertake additional verification steps prior to canceling any customer order. If you happen to receive a cancellation notification, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for further assistance at cs@epimedi.com

 

Warehouse Standards

All of our products are stored in a temperature controlled processing facility. This allows us to maintain product integrity and uphold the manufacturer's recommendation for storage standards. 

 

Payment Options 

Credit Cards: 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payments are processed via Shopify.

PayPal: 
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to www.epimedi.com.
