Ensures Accuracy and Reliability. Designed to check the performance of the Test Kit, the Status influenza A & B Positive and Negative Control Swabs contain recombinant protein and inactivated microorganisms. The Positive Control Swab has recombinant nucleoproteins of influenza A and B viruses that are dried onto the swab while the Negative Control Swab consists of inactivated Group B Streptococcus dried onto the swab.
